It was exceptionally clean, everyone was very friendly and amicable. The service we got was very good. They offered ironing at no cost too. This hotel was set in a central area next to the centre close to all bars and other facilities and the beach.

The breakfast I had was varied and marvellous with well-cooked options and complimentary sweets & biscuits, as for instance. The location was convenient, near the sea front, and the room was new-fashioned.

Everything was very good, I can recommend. Loved the place, it was gorgeous and worked for me. The staff was amicable and the host too. The location was unbeatable and comfortable, close to Little Theatre Southport.

That's a comfy and beautiful place when visiting Southport for a longer stay. The setting is good and absolutely perfect, it's very close to The Bay Tree House, the Promenade and the main street, Lord Street, in Southport and Southport's.

Would recomand to anyone. The venue is spotless, the staff is amiable. The rooms are modern and lovely sized, equipped with an electric kettle, a small refrigerator, and an iron. The breakfast is varied and amazing, and the location is absolutely perfect next to the Promenade and the theatre, pier, retail complex which includes eating, cinema and bowling, other restaurants, shops, the beach and in walking distance of the lovely town centre.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand, recommend it. The breakfast was amazing and incredible and the place was overall clean. The room was immaculate and the location was marvellous. A hairdryer, toiletries and bath robes were very handy.

Overall I spent my time lovely. I had a rich breakfast with complimentary sweets & biscuits, the food was outstanding! Location: the hotel was very close to the theatre and the lake, seafront, town and a host of pubs and restaurants.

The hotel was situated in the central location immaculate in all areas of the establishment. And it was also near the Promenade and the main street, Lord Street, in Southport, marine lake, and the theatre, pier, retail complex which includes eating, cinema and bowling, other restaurants, shops, the beach and in walking distance of the lovely town centre.

We enjoyed our stay in Bay Tree House Southport. The hotel itself was an IDEAL option. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Plus, we were 5 mins by foot from a modern chain casino. Rooms were good sized.
